As a Digital Marketing Strategist, he has been credited for introducing the digital marketing trends and strategies to the CRE industry for lead generation, branding and promotion, which resulted in a new agent winning best of market her first year in the business, ultimately birthing a movement in the industry that has generated over $1B in leads for CRE agents collectively.

With 12+  years experience, real estate agents around the US, as well as executives and business owners from various industries come to Ross and his team for video coaching, scripts, lead generation, and sales and video performance techniques to help them increase visibility, build relationships  and drive revenue.

Tracee is a leader in commercial real estate who coaches brokers, agents, and team leaders throughout the U.S. looking to build their brand and break through to the next level of success. She is a former award-winning CRE Broker & Co-Founder of CommercialRealEstate Marketing.com. Her notable achievements include being named GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum's Woman of Influence in CRE Marketing, winning Best of Market her first year as a CRE agent, and serving as the former CEO of The National Commercial Real Estate Association.

Tracee is also an author. Her book Making Real Estate Work: The Real Estate Agent's Guide to Becoming a Top Producing Agent was written to help new agents develop a solid foundation, as well as new agents who are stuck in a rut, and need a back-to-basics approach to getting back to rebuilding production levels.
